I know you love your chocolate, but it has caffeine and, usually, dairy. You can read about the bad health effects of caffeine and dairy on my web site, but in the meantime, let me give you an alternative: Put a teaspoon of carob powder (a healthy chocolate substitute that tastes great) in a mug, fill the mug with soymilk, or rice milk, or almond milk, and add a teaspoon of honey, or brown rice syrup, or maple syrup. Stir. Put the mug in the microwave for 1 1/2 minutes. Stir. Put the mug in the microwave for another 1 1/2 minutes. Stir. Drink. You will love this. For a nice change, you might want to add 1/2 teaspoon of grain coffee (a coffee alternative) to the mixture, above. Carob powder, soymilk, rice milk, brown rice syrup, and grain coffee can be purchased at some larger supermarkets, health foods stores, or Whole Foods Market.

Hi,
Leave all the afternoon for exercise and recreation, which are as necessary as reading. I will rather say more necessary because health is worth more than learning.

Exercise and recreation are as necessary as reading, and learning about health is important, but everything should be done in moderation. So, eating well, resting, working at something you enjoy, and exercise and recreation are all important, as is improving the mind. A bit of this, a bit of that for a well rounded life.
