Vegan Cooking-All Steamed Up

So many foods, like french fries, donuts, and bagels, are fried. The method of frying to cook increases the saturated fats and isn’t healthy. Grilling increases the carcinogens in the food. Baking takes all the moisture out of food and turns a water content vegetable into a solid, heavy food. Boiling takes the flavor out of food, and it’s easy to over cook food by boiling. Steaming retains the moisture of food, doesn’t increase the fat content, doesn’t add carcinogens, and is a quick method of cooking. Steaming is a great way to cook vegetables, or re-heat leftovers, and it’s easy. More information on steaming vegetables is in my report STEAM POWERED VEGAN, which is available on my website, along with my cookbook BUDDHA’S SWEET TOOTH.
