Life isn’t a destination; it’s a process. We’re always trying to get someplace, do something, accomplish something; we’re yearning to feel that we have arrived and reached the goal. But living is an ongoing process. How often do we just live in the present moment and value the here and now of living? Present moment awareness is grand.
